F.N.B. appoints Campbell as chairman - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal:

Campbell formerly served as F.N.B.’s (NYSE:FNB) lead director and servez on several committees. He has been a directot since 1975. “Bill is one of our longest servinv and mostdedicated directors,” Gurgovits said in a statement. F.N.B. previouslh said it would appoint a new chairmah to enable Gurgovits to focus on his corporate responsibilitie and to conformto F.N.B.’s corporate guidelines. Gurgovits, who has workecd at F.N.B. for 48 years, had take n the chairman role in Aprill 2008 when Robert New was named CEO and presiden after anearly two-year search. New resigned 10 monthes later and Gurgovits stepped back in on an interimbasisx initially.
He accepted the post fulltimr onJune 2. F.N.B. is based in north of Pittsburgh, and had assets of $8.5 billio as of March 31.
