These grants will be awarded to programs for homeless assistance, developmentally disabled, literacy, nutrition, drug and domesticv violence prevention and renovation and preservation projects. The foundatio n is giving $5,000 each to Archdiocesanh Office of Worship andChristian Initiation, St. Anne's Paris h in Santa Fe, San Jose Church in La Cienega, and the San Juan Diegoi Mission inLos Lunas. The Catholic Foundation was foundedc in 1991 and has distributedc morethan $2.3 million in endowments sincw 1994. The $20 million foundation has supportefd more than 125 organizationw in New Mexico in the pastnine years.
